Audley is a highly motivated and respected Personal Trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years. He has also been doing massage and manipulation for nearly 5 years. With a flair for perfection and visualisation he has a proven track record of success in health, fitness and nutrition. Communicative and intuitive and able to establish and sustain relationships with clients, patients and business associates, you have come to the right place for help achieving your health and fitness goals.
Included in Audley's 13 years in health and fitness he has been training in martial arts since 1995. He now holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Chinese Kickboxing and is ranked 3rd Europe under the BNMAA. Audley is a certified instructor of Kickboxing, Spinning, Boxercise, KoBo, postural assesment and correction.
Chinese Kickboxing has been practiced by the Chinese for many thousands of years and is an unsurpassed method of complete self-defence. Normally reserved for the more active individual, both men women and indivuals of all fitness ablilities can experience it.

Hev has worked in Administration for 15 years, with an NVQ in Business and experience in various different industries including business investment, education, production, promotion and insurance. Giving her the expertise to assist Audley in making the best of Audley Fraser Fitness. Although she only started training 4 years ago, health and fitness play a very important part in Hev's life.
Together they make an amazing team and strive to help all their clients any way they can.
