What is it?
 

It is a soft tissue massage that uses different techniques to repair damaged muscle fibres that have been over worked through exercise or physical activity.

Athletes and serious trainers will always subject themselves to increasingly intense workouts to enhance their fitness and competitive edge, creating overuse of soft tissue.


It is this overuse that may often create imbalances and problems in the body while left untreated will eventually become chronic, not only affecting the athlete's performance but will cause additional pain and develop into more serious conditions.
